Herbal medicine is not a retail product.
It is biologically active, and individualized care.

As a clinical formulator, I work with:

Which means this truth matters:

Individual reactions are not product failures.
They are normal biological variability.

Every serious herbalist knows this.
Every clinician knows this.
Every compounding pharmacist knows this.

Two people can take the same formula and have two completely different responses — not because the product is flawed, but because bodies are beautifully unique.

Because of this:

I do not offer refunds on ingestible or topical herbal medicines once they have been opened or used.

I’m not selling tie-dye and souvenirs — I’m offering real, working herbal medicine.

However, I do care deeply about your experience and your safety.
