Graduating from aesthetics school in 2005, I was naturally drawn to the holistic side of beauty — the belief that skin reflects the health of the whole being. As time passed, the overlap became undeniable: gut health, food sensitivities, inflammation, autoimmunity, skin issues, hormonal shifts… they all echo the same question:
“Why is the body reacting — and how do we help it heal?”
