What types of conditions can herbal medicine address?
Herbal medicine supports a wide range of health concerns, both acute and chronic. Common areas of support include:
anxiety, stress, depression, irritability, insomnia, trauma, pain, inflammation, autoimmune disorders, menstrual irregularities, fertility challenges, low immunity, colds, flus, coughs, infections, respiratory imbalances, digestive issues, skin problems, cardiovascular concerns, and more.
Herbal medicine is also an incredible tool for preventative care—helping maintain vitality, balance, and resilience throughout every season of life.
Absolutely.
Whether you enjoy vibrant health and want to keep it that way, or you’re navigating long-term or complex health concerns, herbal support can help guide your body back toward balance.
I welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds. As a mother, I also bring years of experience supporting children through safe, gentle herbal remedies.
Yes—herbal medicine can be very safe when you’re working with a trained herbalist who understands herb-drug interactions. Many herbs pair well with pharmaceuticals, and some do not interact at all. My role is to help you navigate this safely and thoughtfully.
Important:
Only a licensed medical doctor (MD) or naturopathic physician (NMD) can diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.
The herbalist’s role is different: we look at the whole person, explore lifestyle and nutritional foundations, and recommend herbs that support the body’s natural healing capacities.
If you are taking prescription medications, you must disclose this so your herbal plan can be tailored safely.
Herbalists are not licensed in the United States. Sessions include discussion of:
• nutrition and digestive health
• lifestyle factors
• sleep and stress
• vitamins, minerals, and herbs
• patterns of imbalance
• supportive practices that promote whole-body wellness
Recommendations are based on traditional use, current herbal research, energetics, and your own lived experience—because you know your body better than anyone.
Knowledge is power, and herbalism is a teaching tradition. You may discover new ways to support your body so you feel stronger, clearer, and more aligned.
No single healing modality—including herbalism—can “cure” everything.
You always have agency over your choices, and you may share your herbal plan with your medical providers if you wish.
Herbal medicine isn’t about replacing your body’s wisdom—
it’s about reminding it.
