Herbal blends and remedies can be purchased through Alicorn Apothecary, and supplement guidance is provided through Fullscript. Once your session is booked, an intake form will be emailed to you — please complete it fully and list all medications and allergies.

This deep-dive session includes a full review of:

After your consult, you receive a custom herbal protocol, plus lifestyle, nutritional, and supplement recommendations. This may include medicinal teas, tinctures, digestive support, nervous-system herbs, mindfulness practices, and other holistic tools.

Includes one 30-minute follow-up within 30 days to reflect on progress and adjust your protocol as needed.

Re-Balance is designed for clients who have begun their herbal protocol and are ready for refinement.

Together we:
• review your progress
• discuss changes in symptoms
• adjust herbal blends, strengths, and dosages
• refine lifestyle or nutritional recommendations
• support the next phase of healing

Most clients benefit from at least one re-balance within 60–90 days. Chronic imbalances typically require consistent herbal support for 6–12 months.
